P.C. :- On 5 February 2020 we had passed the following order :- "These Petitions challenge the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 25 June 2013. The Tribunal initially had passed an interim order directing the Petitioner - MPSC to interview the Applicants - candidates. Thereafter, by final order, the results were directed to be declared. Though notice was issued, no interim order was granted. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not in a position to inform the Court as to what is the status of the matters. 2.

Place the Petitions on board on 18 February 2020 under the caption "For Directions" as it is most likely that the Petitions have been rendered infructuous by passage of time."

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner - Commission, on instructions, states that in view of the subsequent developments, the Petitions do not survive. The Petitions are accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
