Present Petition is preferred against an interlocutory Order dated 27th February 2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, rejecting the application of the Petitioner for grant of stay pending Revision No. 93 of 2019 preferred by the Petitioner. 2.

Mr.Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, fairly submitted that, during the pendency of the present Petition the concerned Authority has heard the said Revision and it is now closed for passing Orders.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
