This application is filed for relaxation of condition No. 9(iii) as imposed by order dated 25.08.2020 in Criminal Bail Application No. 158 of 2020 by which the Applicant has been prevented from entering Solapur District till the trial is over. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the trial has not even commenced, even after a period of more than 11⁄2 years. He submits that the Applicant has his residence as well as landed property in Solapur District.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the condition No.9 (iii) is hereby relaxed.

The Applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station once in a month on First Monday of each month pending trial and shall not commit any similar offence while on bail. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
