It is pointed out that a sentence with regard to grant of conditional approval and Shalarth-ID, is not set out in Paragraph No.4. The parties agree that such orders have been passed in several identical matters.

In view of the above, this Motion is disposed off with addition of the following sentence at the end of Paragraph No.4 :- "The Education Officer shall grant conditional approval and the Management shall move an appropriate application for allotment of Shalarth-ID to the Petitioner, expeditiously, so as to commence the payment of monthly salary."
