1.
The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 15.06.2012 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Oras, Sindhudurga by which order the application Exh.188 filed by the Petitioner i.e. original Plaintiff came to be rejected. By the said application Exh.188, the Petitioner had sought permission to take photographs and scan the documents in question. Though the said prayer has been rejected, the Petitioner was granted liberty to inspect the record in the presence of the Court clerk. The Petitioner who appears in person states that photographs are required and scanning is required to be done as the agency from whom the Petitioner has obtained the report states that a better report can be given if the photograph of the documents in question are made available. In my view that cannot be a ground on the basis of BGP.
61-WP-4928-14.doc 05.01.2015 which the Petitioner seeks to take photographs and scan the documents. The allegation made by the Petitioner in respect of the documents in question have to be proved by the Petitioner by leading cogent evidence in the suit. In that view of the matter, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed.
