We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petitions and the Civil Applications by directing the Respondent/State of Maharashtra and/or the concerned Authority to consider and decide the issues involved in these Petitions as early as possible and preferably within six weeks from today as the issues with regard to the shifting of the School namely, Shri Siddharam Mhetre School for Mentally Disabled Persons, Aditya Nagar, Solapur is challenged and/or all related actions including the issue with regard to the nonpayment of salary of the employees of the Shri Siddharam Mhetre School for Mentally Disabled Persons, Aditya Nagar, Solapur in Writ Petition No.1184/15.
The concerned parties to appear before the Competent Authority on 23.11.2015. The Competent Authority to decide the issues involved in these Petitions in accordance with law within six weeks from today. All points are kept open.
Both the Petitions and all the above Applications are 2/3
