In 6th paragraph of the said order, the year of Summary Criminal Case inadvertently typed as 'Summary Criminal Case No.168 of 2007', same shall be corrected as 'Summary Criminal Case No.168 of 2005' and the year of Criminal Appeal inadvertently typed as 'Criminal Appeal No.168 of 2005', same shall be corrected as 'Criminal Appeal No.168 of 2007'. 3.

The said order dated 21 December 2023 shall be corrected accordingly.
