At the outset, learned APP on the instructions of Investigating Officer Mr.Balasaheb Shivaji Mane, who is present in court makes a statement that the Investigating Agency as on today does not want to arrest these applicants, but they be directed to attend the concerned police station. She further states that if in future the Investigating Agency comes across any definite material against these applicants and if the Investigating Agency feels that their custody is necessary, they would give four clear working days' notice to these applicants to enable them to approach the appropriate court for appropriate relief. Statement is recorded and accepted.

In view of this statement, learned counsel for the applicants does not press their applications. 3.

Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The applications are disposed of as not pressed. (ii) In case in future the Investigating Agency requires their custody, the Investigating Agency shall give four clear working days' notice to
