By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 76 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that delay is not sufficiently explained in the civil application. 3.
I have perused the explanation rendered in paragraphs 2 & 3 of the civil application. In my view delay of 76 days is sufficiently explained in those two paragraphs of the civil application. The applicant has already deposited the entire decreetal amount before the trial Court. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B). No order as to costs.
