In view of the urgency expressed, matter is taken on board. 1.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions of the Petitioners based upon the letter dated 12 February 2016 signed by the Managing Committee of the Petitioners who are also present before the Court, seek to withdraw the present Petition who state that the whole due amount is received based on the Recovery Certificate, being paid by the Respondent No.3 and received by them. The letter dated 12 February 2016 marked 'X' is taken on record.

In view of the payments so received by the Petitioners, learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a statement that the Collector, Sangli need not proceed with recovery under the Recovery Certificate. 3.
