Learned counsel for the petitioner states that representation dated 1st April 2021 filed by his client for allotment of Gaothan plot annexed at page 21 of the petition is pending before the authority. 2.

We accordingly direct the respondent no.2 to decide the said representation within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no.2 to grant personal hearing to the petitioner after giving 72 hours' clear notice to the petitioner. Order that would be passed shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing such order.

Writ petition is disposed off in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. This Court has not expressed any views on merit of the representation made by the petitioner. All contentions of the parties are kept open. If the representation made by the petitioner is allowed, the

ppn 2 30.wp-1046.21.doc respondent no.2 shall grant consequential relief to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of passing such order. If the said representation is rejected, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings permissible in law.
