The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 3.

Needless to observe that as the petitioner is proceeding in the interest of the trust property which is a temple, in the event a request is made on behalf of the petitioner in the Civil Suit for any urgent interim orders or early adjudication of Shubham 1/2
