Heard Mr. Akshay Shinde, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.

Kuldeep Nikam, learned counsel for respondents no.1 to 3 and 8/1 to 8/4.

Mr. Shinde states that respondents no.6 and 7 are served. He submitted that as far as respondent no.5 is concerned, office raised objection about correct address and, therefore, he could not be served. Mr. Shinde states that within one week from today he will furnish correct address of respondent no.5.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.
