The above First Appeal is of the year 1994. The names of the parties are also not known. The Registry has found the First Appeal number from the movement register maintained by this Court at the relevant time. The movement register only has the number of the Appeal and not the name of the parties. We are unaware whether this Appeal has been disposed of or the same is still pending. JULY 25, 2025 Utkarsh

We had inquired from the learned advocates whether they can supply papers of the above First Appeal so that the same can be reconstructed as the same is unavailable with the Registry. 3.

Both the advocates have informed us that they are unable to locate the papers of the above First Appeal. This is more so when the names of the parties are not reflected.

Considering these facts and circumstances, we dispose of the above First Appeal because at the moment the papers cannot be reconstructed.

We grant liberty to the parties to approach this Court if they do manage to trace the papers of the above Appeal. In that situation, they can apply to the Court for revival of the Appeal and the Court then would pass further orders for reconstruction of the papers. 6.
