This is subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The earlier application i.e. BA No. 1712 of 2017 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13/12/2017 on merits. Learned Counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to the statement of Chandrakant Sutar, which was recorded on 17/4/2016. The said statement has been considered in the earlier order. It is seen that there are several witness statements under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In view of this, since there is no change in the circumstances, the application being sans merits, stands rejected and disposed of accordingly.
