P.C.:­ The present Application is placed by the Registry for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 19th September 2018. In the said Order, at the end of Paragraph No.3, the following words be added 'within a period of two weeks from today'. After adding the said words, paragraph No. 3 would read as under­ "3.

There is a delay of 324 days in filing the present application. The said delay is condoned in the interest of justice subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/­ to be paid by the applicant to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two weeks from today."

Order be corrected accordingly.
