By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the judgment and order dated 04.03.2016 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jaysingpur below exhibit-16 in Regular Civil Suit No.32 of 2016. By that order, the learned trial Judge reviewed the order passed below exhibit-16 and rejected the said application. At the same time, the learned trial Judge relieved the defendant from undertaking filed at exhibit-15. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Patil seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.
