Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, applicant is senior citizen, therefore, he prays that Writ Petition No. 4935 of 2017 will be heard at earliest. Keeping in view that applicant's age is 83 years, Registry is directed to list the aforesaid writ petition for final hearing on 26th August 2019 at 3.00 PM.
