Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the order dated 2 November 2023 of which contempt is alleged will have to be corrected in respect of description of Respondent in the order and before correction the contempt petition was wrongly filed. 2.

In light thereof, we dispose of the contempt petition since it is stated before us that the Petitioner is desirous of applying for modification of the order.
