On 23 June 2021, the following order was passed :- " The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions as to within how much time the pending proposal regarding Petitioners approval will be decided. At the request of the learned AGP, stand over to 1 July 2021 under the caption "For Directions".

The learned AGP states that instructions have been received from Smt. Prabhavati Kolekar, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Satara that the decision would be taken within a period of two months and thereafter, communicated to the Petitioners and the Respondent - Management. Accepting this statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
