This is an application for setting aside the order dated 21.08.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl-I). By that order, the applicants were given four weeks time to remove office objections, failing which registration of Writ Petition was to stand refused. As the applicants did not remove office objections within the stipulated time, registration of Writ Petition stood refused.

Mr. Sanglikar assures that after restoration of the Petition, he will remove office objections within two weeks and will not seek further extension of time. 1/2

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
