P.C:­ The premises of the Petitioner have already been requisitioned by the 1st and the 2nd Respondent. Certain amount has been admittedly paid to the Petitioner by way of compensation in accordance with Section 161 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951. Hence, the Petition is disposed of. However, the issue of adequacy of compensation is kept open. If the Petitioner has any additional claim, he is free to make the same before the appropriate authority in accordance with the law which shall be decided in accordance with law.
