Mr. Rane, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions from Mr. Mahesh Dhotre, Deputy Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that both the petitioners in these petitions would be accommodated in a school

905 WP 3724-G.doc run by Sangli Zilla Parishad under "couple convenience policy" (husband and wife together), as per Circular dated 29th September, 2011 as amended by Circular dated 18th October, 2012. Statement is accepted. 2.

Mr. S. S. Pakale, learned counsel appearing for both the petitioners, submits that the grievances of the petitioners no more survive in the light of above statement.

We direct respondent No.3 to relieve both the petitioners on or before 8th May, 2016 so as to enable them to join service of Zilla Parishad, Sangli.
