In pursuance to the directions given by Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Anoop V. Mohta & K.R.Shriram, JJ.) vide order dated 16/04/2015, proposal of the petitioner has already been decided by the concerned authority. However, it is rejected. If the same is rejected, remedy would be by way of a separate Petition which the petitioner has already availed. 2.
