Learned Counsel for the Applicants-Claimant, states that the land of the applicants was acquired under the same notification under which several neighboring lands were acquired. He submits that the matter is covered by judgment dated 21.08.2019 in First Appeal No. 582 of 2013, and judgment dated 17.02.2021 in First Appeal No.1175 of 2019. 2.

He submits that the appeals can be disposed of in view of the said judgment.
