Perused the praecipe.

2) In the Order dated 11th March 2025, in paragraph 4, the word is 'Thane' inadvertently typed instead of the word 'Satara'. 1/2

H.C. SHIV p1.fa535.23.doc 3) After effecting the necessary correction, the paragraph 4 of the Order dated 11th March, 2025 would read as under :- "4.

The statutory deposit be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara and it shall be disbursed in accordance with law."

4) Necessary correction be carried out in the Order dated 11th March 2025, and the corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of this Court.
