The petitioner's grievance is that though he is retired, his service record is not complete due to which he is unable to get pension. Aaffidavit­in­reply has been filed by respondent No.6. Counsel appearing for the management is present.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the management, submits that the petitioner is not co­operating with the management. 4.

The petitioner to co­operate with the management. We direct that the management shall complete the service record of the petitioner and

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
