The present petition is filed for compensation of Rs.50 lakh. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation is given on 29th March, 2022.

The learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the representation dated 11th June, 2021 filed by the petitioners is already decided and rejected by the respondent nos.2 and 3 on 8th July, 2021.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are not in receipt of the said order. Now the copy of the same is supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

In light of that, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to assail the said order and while doing so, petitioners may raise all the contentions raised in the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition challenging the order passed by the respondent nos.2 and 3 negating the claim of the petitioners and all the contentions raised in the present petition are also kept open. No costs.
