A praecipe is filed by the learned counsel for the applicant for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 19th April 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that interim application was allowed and the applicant was granted temporary bail vide the order dated 19th April 2023, however, the number of Sessions Case is not reflecting in the said order. He prays that the same be reflected in the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, paragraph 6(i) of the order dated 19th April 2023 be corrected to read as under :

"i) The Applicant be enlarged on temporary bail, in connection with Sessions Case No.120 of 2014, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur, for a period of 2 months, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount."
