This is an application for pre-arrest bail as the applicants are prosecuted for the offences punishable under sections The crime was registered at the instance of one Maya Sudhir Thorat at C.R. No.12 of 2015 with the Aundh police station, Satara.

The learned Counsel for the applicants/accused submitted that the applicants are not attributed any specific role, though their names are appearing in the FIR, there are no criminal antecedents against these applicants/accused and hence, he prays for pre-arrest bail. 1 / 3

Learned Prosecutor while opposing the application, relied on injury certificates.

Although this is the first date, the Investigating Officer is present as there are other three bail applications in relations to the same incident and listed on today's Board. In view of this, the prosecution is fully instructed and all the papers are placed before this Court. This application is therefore considered.

Perused the injury certificates. No fracture is caused to any of the three injured persons. Though the names of the applicants/accused are mentioned in the FIR, no specific overt act is attributed to them. The Investigating Officer has confirmed that there are no antecedents and, therefore, the applicants are granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms: i) In the event of arrest, the applicants/accused shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence; iii) The applicants shall not indulge into any kind of offence while on bail;

iv) The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on every Monday, between 4 pm to 6 pm, till the filing of chargesheet. 6.
