As the regular Court presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.K. Tated is not available today for judicial work, Ms. Amin has moved this Court as per the administrative order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. 4.

Ms. Amin has tendered communication dated 14th February, 2019 instructing her to withdraw the Writ Petition as the controversy between the parties is settled. The communication is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. Ms. Amin states that the petitioner is present in the Court. She has tendered photo copy of his PAN Card, which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, she seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.
