This Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay in filing the Second Appeal. The impugned order of the learned First Appellate Court is dated 16th September 2019. The Applicant applied for the certified copy of the same on 3rd December 2020 and received the same on 9th December 2020. The present Appeal along with delay condonation application is filed on 24th March 2021. 2.

Although the delay is of substantial period, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the normal functioning was affected for considerable period.

Ms. Priyanka Babar, learned counsel appearing for the 1/2

19-ia-19218-2022.doc Pallavi Respondents strongly opposes the application. However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
