At the outset, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. He requests that however the contentions on merits be left open for consideration of application for bail, which may be filed by the Applicant in future.

Considering this request, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. It is made clear that merits of the matter was not considered. All the contentions are left open to be considered while deciding bail application if filed by the Applicant in future before the trial Court.
