By this application, the applicants seek quashing and setting aside of the FIR registered vide C. R. No. 799 of 2017 with the Mohol Police Station, Solapur, at the behest of respondent no.2, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Learned APP on instructions submits that the Police after

In view of the statement made by the learned APP on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in the application, which seeks quashing of the aforesaid FIR. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed.

In the event, any adverse order is passed as against the applicants, the applicants are at liberty file a fresh petition, if the occasion so arises.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the application and as such all contentions of the applicants on merits are kept open.
