A motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 20th June 2022 by Mr. Sawant on the ground that on 20th June 2022, he was not present in the Court and his appearance is wrongly recorded for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Counsel for the original writ petitioner is present and he accepts the fact that Mr. Sawant, learned counsel was not present.

In view of that, in the order dated 20th June 2022, appearance of Mr. Sawant, learned counsel shall not be shown for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
