The applicants in both these applications were granted bail by this Court by order dated 7th September, 2018 in C.R. No. 58 of 2018

Sajakali Jamadar 2 of 3 920-APPP-434-2019-BA-2173-2018.doc registered with Koyana Nagar Police Station, Patan, District Satara for offences punishable under Sections 332, 353, 504, 506 & 510 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicants were released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the investigation officer. They were also directed to provide permanent as well as temporary address, if any, and their contact details to the Investigating Officer and not to change residential address without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer.

Learned advocate for the applicants submit that directions stipulated in the bail order are complied. The applicants are attending the Police Station as directed by this Court. The Police Station is situated about 100 Kilometers from the place of the residents. The charge-sheet is filed and the applicants are attending the Trial Court regularly on the date of hearing. Proceeding are pending in the Court of Sessions, Karad. Considering the aforesaid circumstance, the condition of reporting can be relaxed.

O R D E R

i) Order dated 7th September, 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2173 of 2018 and

Sajakali Jamadar 3 of 3 920-APPP-434-2019-BA-2173-2018.doc 2247 of 2018 directing the applicants to report Koyana Nagar Police Station, Patan, Dist. Satara on every Monday till further order stands relaxed. ii) The other conditions to continue.

iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
