P.C: Perused prayer clause (a) of this Petition, which is the only substantive relief sought in the Petition.
Firstly, the Petition proceeds on the footing that election of the 1st Respondent which is a Society registered under the Societies' Registration Act, 1860 and a deemed Public Charitable Trust under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, will not conduct it affairs in accordance with law. Secondly, the 1st Respondent is not a State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India and thirdly, in any case, no interference is called for in the process of election of the 1st Respondent.

Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition and the Same is rejected.
All contentions raised by the Petitioner are kept open, which can be agitated by the Petitioner before the appropriate Authority at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
