IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE, AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.182 OF 2015 Raju Vitthal Pujari ...

Applicant Vs.

Tamma @ Tammanna Manku Kulal & Ors. ...

Respondents None for the applicant.

Mrs. Veena Shinde, APP for State.

Mr. Kuldeep V Nikam, Adv. for respondent Nos.1 & 2. CORAM : SMT ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.

DATE : 3 rd December, 2015.

P.C. :

1.

None present for the applicant. It is seen that the applicant was also not present on the last date of hearing and hence final opportunity was given and the matter was listed under the caption of dismissal.

2.

Despite opportunity given the applicant has not remained present today. None the less I have gone through the records. The present application is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the Additional Sessions Judge by an order dated 21st February, 2015. Upon perusal of the order prima facie reveals that the learned Sessions Judge has considered all the relevant aspects. I, therefore, do not find any reason to interfere with the order. 3.

Under these circumstances the application is dismissed. ( ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J. )
