1] The learned Prosecutor seeks time to obtain instructions from the Investigating officer. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that interim anticipatory bail be granted or at least the applicant No.1 Shekhar Gore be granted interim anticipatory bail as he has to fill in nomination form for Satara District Central Cooperative Bank tomorrow. The accused are facing charges under section 307, 397, 452 of Indian Penal Code. In view of this, interim protection be granted to applicant No.1.

2] It is informed by the learned Prosecutor and also by the learned Counsel for the applicants/ accused that this is an application for interim pre-arrest bail. The original pre-arrest bail

YBG aba482­15 application was not considered by the learned Sessions Judge and hearing of the same is now fixed on 9th April 2015 at Sessions Court, Satara at Waduj. In view of this this application be disposed of and the applicants/ accused be directed to go before the Sessions Court, Waduj. According following order is passed.

(I) Application is partly allowed. Applicant No.1 Shekhar Gore is granted interim protection till 10th April 2015. In the event of his arrest, the applicant No.1 Shekhar Gore be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in a sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(II) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence. (III) The applicant shall not indulge into any criminal activity. (IV) The applicant/accused shall not pressurise the complainant and other persons.

(V) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 8th, 9th and 10th April 2015 between 3.00 p.m. And 5.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating officer.
