Considering the nature of proceeding, the petitioners are permitted to file an application for restoration before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (''MRT'). On filing of such application, the MRT shall decide such application on merits expeditiously.

Period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition shall be excluded while considering the application for restoration.
