Again on 12 December 2011, as none appeared for the applicants, the same was dismissed for non prosecution. Again, the same was restored on 22 December 2011 and the matter was fixed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 23 January 2012 (High on Board). On 10 July 2014 when the matter was called out, again none appeared for the applicants and the matter was directed to be posted on 7 August 2014 for dismissal. 3] Today when the matter is called out, again none appears for the applicants. Accordingly, this CRA is dismissed for non prosecution.
