By the impugned order, the Appellate court has granted stay to the decree of demolition in exercise of power under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Considering the nature of decree, the Appellate Court was justified in granting stay. 2.

However, hearing of the appeal is expedited. The Appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
