Paragraph No.15 of the order dated 14 February 2025 should now be read as follows:- "15. Upon receipt of such a proposal, the Collector or any other appropriate or competent authority must initiate and conclude the acquisition proceedings within one year. Conclude

The Land Acquisition Authorities must appreciate that possession of the Petitioners' property was taken over in 2009, and to date, the Petitioners have not received compensation for such an acquisition."
