DATE : 6 APRIL 2022 P.C. :- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned AGP, who appears for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 by waiving notice. Since the relief is not claimed against Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, there is no need of issuing any notice to Respondent Nos. 6 and 7. 2.
Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Taken up for final disposal by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties. 3.
The facts of these Petitions being similar to the facts in the case of Amol Baban Sangar v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No.8966 of 2021) decided on 21 February 2022, we are of the view that the issue involved in these Petitions is squarely covered by the view taken in the said case.

Accordingly, these Petitions deserved to be allowed and they are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Salary together with admissible arrears of salary be released to each of the Petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of Shalarth ID by taking necessary steps.
