Learned counsel for the applicant states that the writ petition No.8506 of 2007 came to be dismissed on 22nd March, 2017. In view of contents of the civil application and noting that the matter was at the stage of final hearing the matter is liable to be restored to file. In the circumstances, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

Petition be listed on the final hearing board at its turn. Civil application is disposed of.
