Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is the second application for pre-arrest bail. 3.

On 7 November 2023, first application was withdrawn as this Court had expressed its disinclination to consider the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 4.

In the order dated 7 November 2023, this Court had noted that after arguing for sometime, learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant sought leave to SSP 1/2

906 aba 866 of 2024.doc withdraw the application. Leave was thus granted and the application was dismissed as withdrawn.

As this Court had already expressed its disinclination, there is no propriety in entertaining the second application for pre-arrest bail. 6.

The application stands dismissed.

Interim Application also stands disposed.
