Heard both the sides. Learned APP for the Respondent-State sought time as police could not attend the Court.

The present two Applicants are shown as Accused Nos. 3 and 4 as per the FIR. This Court vide order dated 7th April, 2022 was pleased to grant ad-interim protection to Applicant No.2 - Swati. Whereas, prayer of Applicant No.1 - Rajendra was rejected.

As per the subsequent development, these two Applicants were set
SATISH SANGAR 2 6-BA-2111-2022 & Anr.odt at liberty in view of the report submitted under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) ["Cr.P.C."] and it is referred by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Para No.14 of the order dated 15th June, 2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 394 of 2022. It was an application for anticipatory bail for co-accused Lilabai. Learned APP is only confirming about submitting a report under Section 169 of Cr.P.C., only against the Applicant No.1 - Rajendra. For Applicant No.2 - Swati, there are no instructions. However, reference made in the order and submission of Applicant can be considered. 4.
In view of that, the Application of Applicant No.2 - Swati is disposed of as become infructuous.

Application of Applicant No.1 is already disposed of. CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2111 OF 2022 6.
Learned APP for the Respondent-State seeks time as the police not come.
