The learned Government Pleader (Appellate Side) had circulated in the Registry a list of old infructuous matters so that these matters could be listed and disposed as infructuous. This petition is one such matter.

By order dated 1st April 2021, this petition was notified and the Petitioner/advocate for the Petitioner were called upon to give a praecipe in advance, in case petition was not infructuous. The matter was then stood over for four weeks.
