The order dated 01.04.2015 passed by the Co­operative Court Pune granting interim relief in the dispute filed by the Respondent Nos.5 to 10 challenging the resolution passed by the managing committee in its meeting held on 27.03.2015 is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

In view of the fact that an Appeal under Section 97 of the Maharashtra Co­operative Societies Act would lie against the said order, it is not necessary to entertain the above Petition hence by relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy of an Appeal, the above Petition is disposed of. If any such Appeal is filed and an application for stay is filed therein the concerned Co­operative Appellate Court may endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously.
