This Petitioners seek a direction to the Respondents to consider them for inter district transfer under the correct category and guidelines. It is submitted that, online request for inter district teacher transfer process-2022 was made by the Petitioners on 17th December 2023, 15th December 2023 and 10th August 2022 respectively. It is submitted that the said online applications are not yet processed. osk 1 of

The present Petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.3-The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri, or the competent authority to process the online applications for transfers made by the Petitioners, which are at page Nos. 48, 52 & 54 of the Petition, on its own merits and in accordance with law, if the same have not already been processed, and in any event within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
